The PMCA fixed open-field magnetic chuck is designed to hold hard-metal (HM) inserts used in woodworking for secure positioning during re-grinding. Inserts are placed directly above strong permanent magnets, ensuring firm retention even for small workpieces. The unit is compatible with most straight-knife grinding and surface grinding machines and can be mounted magnetically or fixed mechanically.
