Magnetic chuck for hard metal inserts DESCRIPTION The fixed open-field magnetic chuck is suitable for affixing hard-metal inserts used in woodworking industries, and thereby holding them firmly during the re-grinding process. The inserts are positioned on top of the magnets, which have an extremely high magnetic force. It is suitable also for smaller work-pieces. It can be used on most straight knife grinding machines, and can be fixed on either a standard magnetic chuck or a mechanical table.
