Product overview
The CK 300 TH is a sharpening machine for circular knives equipped with twin grinding heads that can machine bevels simultaneously on both sides of the knife, reducing cycle times and delivering a burr-free cutting edge. The machine also supports single-bevel sharpening when required.

Operation and materials
Grinding can be performed using emulsion coolant or neat oil, making the CK 300 TH suitable for knives made of carbon steel, stainless steel, HSS and solid carbide. The working area is fully enclosed to contain coolant and debris.

Control and monitoring
Parameters are managed via a Panel PC with touch screen and a menu-driven operator interface. The system enables batch sharpening to the same diameter with high repeatability. The operator can monitor spindle motor current, remaining machining time and total automatic cycle duration on the screen.

Remote support
On request the machine can be equipped with a remote assistance programme for specialized technical support and rapid remote diagnostics to reduce downtime.
