Local Dust Suction System is used to make dust suction from conveyors and elevator columns . Vacuum operation is performed thanks to the aspiration fan located on its own. Dust sticks to the cloth bags inside the body and accumulates. The accumulated dust is shaken from the bags by spraying 6-8 bar compressed air from the compressor. Spraying is done at certain time intervals with the help of a blast Valve. ADVANTAGES: • It takes little space and is ergonomical. • It helps the equipment to run clean. • Makes the facility run safer. • Allows the suction dust to be connected to the system again. • In narrow areas such as tunnels there is no need to carry dust with pipes, it provides convenience and reduces complexity. DESIGN FEATURES: • Simple and functional structure • It can be easily mount to the conveyor thanks to its low and thin structure. • The bags are cleaned with the halp of blast valves and there is a control cover for bag change. • It does not need to be connected to the apiration fan, it has its own aspiration fan.
