Soap refiner XSZL series

Refiner is designed to operate as a refiner/pelletizer. When it is mounted under the vacuum spray chamber it will act as a soap pelletizer. When it is used in a soap finishing line, it will act as a soap refiner. This machine uses all-hard-teeth precisely-grinded gear face reducer. The screw is made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which is strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production. All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel. The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor. Working Principle It is used to squeeze and grind the soap base for refining effects and transform the soap base into soap pellets. Features After squeezing and grinding in the cylinder of the refiner, the extruded soap pellets are of fine quality, high density, good adhésion and transpar- ency. This equipment has Two screws, used in big capacity soap production line, or used in soap saponification line produce soap noodles. The length-diameter of the screw is 1:6, made of high quality stainless Steel or aluminum alloy, which is strong corrosion-résistant and durable for long production. Orifice plate and scrapers are made of stainless Steel, strong corrosion-résistant, précision machining, and easy to change. Hole size in orifice plate is adjustable.
