Diagonal Roll Mill is used for soap squeezing. The main frame is made of high quality stain structure, strong and solid. All gears are precisely manufactured and bathed in oil lubricants for long running life with lower noise, less wearing and better reliability. Rolls are made of special alloy or SS420 stainless steel, high hardness, anti-wearing capability, and with water cooling system. Gap between rolls can be adjusted easily for different refining effects and production capacity needs. Working Principle 3 rolls are mounted diagonally and the cooling effect is enhanced by more soap contact area with the rolls compared with horizontal type roll mills. Meanwhile, it has stronger pressing and shearing forces to make better refining and will not decrease the production capacity when running spécial soap formula or hard soaps.
