This machine can emboss two sides or four sides, to meet specific requirements.Meanwhile, for large production line, we can cut and emboss the double soap bars at the same time in double rails. Working Principle For toilet soap production, the soap billet extruded from the plodder is eut to be long bar to feed into the downstream stamper. For laundry soap production, a complete set of embossing mechanism can be installed at the front so that the machine can emboss and eut the soaps at the same time to produce finished products. Features With touch screen, it is easy to set and change soap bar length and cutting speed, and its cutting is accurate. Embossing mould is made of alloy copper material. It can emboss logo on two sides and four sides according to customer' s requirements.
