Overview
NEODITECH’s Picking Cobot is an autonomous articulated manipulator mounted on an electric pallet truck, designed to assist operators in industrial picking and logistics tasks. It enables frontal insertion into racks, deep picks under beams, ground-level and elevated handling while reducing physical effort and improving operational flexibility.

Capabilities
Available in structural variants sized for medium loads (~50 kg) and reinforced versions up to 100 kg depending on configuration. Typical use cases include handling panels, windshields and other rack-stored or shelf-stored industrial items while preserving smoothness and control.

Power & autonomy
The manipulator uses a detachable battery pack. Autonomy varies with application and configuration (time-based estimates ~6–24 hours) and can also be expressed in duty cycles (example: ~1,000 manipulation cycles as defined by two vertical strokes + 15 s grip). Fast-charge and standard charging strategies are supported to fit operational constraints.

Mounting & ergonomics
Mounted on an electric pallet truck with an intuitive frontal grip and an offset safe-grip solution for complex or irregular loads. Vertical stroke reaches approximately 1.40 m to access different heights; compact design for narrow aisles.

Interchangeable end-effectors (gripping tools)
