The N.Mac® channel twin shaft grinder crushes large and solid particles in liquid media and impresses with its innovative FSIP® concept (Full Service in Place). It is ideal for a wide range of applications, from wastewater treatment to food and fruit residues. This housing design allows for installation in sewers to crush impurities. Additionally, the N.Mac® offers the innovative FSIP® concept, enabling complete maintenance and the replacement of the cutting device without removing the entire grinder. This saves both time and money. Depending on the desired degree of crushing, numerous tooth combinations are available. The various cutter designs with three to eleven teeth can be exchanged quickly and easily, thanks to the modular design. This means you can easily determine the degree of shredding yourself. The different geometries of the robust cutter blocks enable the smooth shredding of various solids. Should a blockage occur, you can resolve it without dismantling the unit by using the optional control system with reversal of the direction of rotation. This protects your system from standstill and consequential damage.
