Description

Goanwin is a big manufacturer of presses for metal stamping industries in China. Press type: H-Frame knuckle joint high speed press Tonnage: 30-125ton Application: This high speed press is a best option for stamping those precision electronic parts with thin materials like lead frames in semiconductors, EV motor laminations, terminals, etc. Its speed can reach up to 1200spm with small tonnage 30ton. Features: -The knuckle link design eliminates thermal displacement resulting in precise B.D.C repeatability, in addition, it contributes to greater durability, longer die life and reduced noise and vibration. -This press uses 8-point needle bearings for slide guiding, which is able to withstand a much larger load and longer guide ways resisting eccentric loading. The positioning of the guides make them easy to maintain. -The link slide motion allows for more time on the bottom of stroke for better part forming performance and reduced impact of snap-thru forces which extends the press and die life. The time between resharpening of the dies in this GT press is over 25% greater than that at a conventional crank press. -In the conventional crank press mechanism, thermal displacement accumulates due to heat generated during operation, it results in fluctuation in B.D.C significantly. This knuckle joint structure offsets the thermal displacement and minimizes B.D.C fluctuation even in long time production. Please review the specifications of GT Series presses on our catalogue , and contact us for assistance to choose the right one for your production.
