GONGTIE's gantry CNC loading/unloading systems automate part transfer for CNC turning and machining centers and offer configurable stocker solutions for single- or multi-machine cells. Systems are designed for integration with GONGTIE CNC machines and for workshop layout customization, enabling addition of cleaning or testing equipment where required.
Available configurations- One gantry robot for one CNC machine — suitable for most machine models.
- One gantry robot for two CNC machines — single stocker serving two machines (overturn/tilt device acceptable).
- One gantry robot for one/two CNC machines — double stocker for two machines (overturn/tilt device acceptable).
- Drawer stocker for two CNC machines — drawer-type storage (overturn/tilt device acceptable).
- Combination gantry line — multi-machine gantry line suitable for workshop modification and addition of cleaning/testing equipment.

Installation notes and compatibility- Layout: supports one-side loading and opposite-side unloading to save floor space and allow integration of downstream equipment (cleaning, testing, etc.).
- Compatibility: suitable for all GONGTIE CNC machines except model P3538 (where indicated).
Customization / technical considerations- Stockers and gantry lines are modular and can be adapted to workshop layouts.
- Optional overturn/tilt devices can be integrated for specific part handling.
- Cleaning and testing machines can be added inline according to customer process requirements.
