Principle of operation 1.The twisting machine consists of expanding and tightening device, twisting device, workbench and electronic control system. The whole procedure is driven by hydraulic pressure and the electrical equipment is controlled by relay. 2. The procedure is as follows: Put the bended aluminum pipe into twisting mold, press the start button, the expanding cylinder expands the single piece, the twisting cylinder reverses the R arc(at the two ends of single piece) to be 30°of the opposite direction to twist at the same time by gear and racks, then reverse in the right place, the expanding cylinder loosens and resets, take out the finished aluminum pipe, press the start button again, so the whole procedure is reset.
