BSTFLEX sewn rectangular bellows are custom-fabricated protective covers for machine ways, linear rails, ball/lead screws, actuators and other moving components with rectangular or square profiles. The accordion-style sewn construction extends and compresses with travel while protecting critical parts from metal chips, dust, coolant, oil, abrasive particles, sparks and heat. Each bellow is specified to fit the application with custom inside width, inside height, extended and compressed lengths, stroke and fold geometry. Material and mounting configurations are selected according to environment and installation requirements.

Material options

High-temperature rectangular bellows
