Product overview BSTFLEX sewn zippered bellows are custom flexible covers designed to protect machine ways, linear rails, ball screws, lead screws, actuators and other moving components with round, square or rectangular profiles. The accordion-style fabric expands and compresses with travel, shielding components from dust, metal chips, abrasion, oil, coolant, sparks and heat.

Quick-Access Zipper Construction The integrated zipper allows the bellows to open along their length so they can be fitted around an existing rod, shaft, screw, guide or actuator without full disassembly. This removable construction is suited to replacement projects, maintenance-intensive equipment and applications where closed bellows are difficult to install.
