The ASB-15N/10E is distinct from all other ASB Series models, being the very first all-electric, single-step injection stretch blow molding machine in the world. Carrying the ASB line’s heritage for reliability and versatility, the ASB-15N/10E offers quiet and clean operation ideal for molding containers for a wide range of products requiring the highest quality such as cosmetics, health care and medicine. All-electric operation provides he highest possible energy efficiency of any similar class injection stretch blow molding machine, consequently reducing operation costs and environmental impact. It also provides clean, oil-free operation making this an ideal machine for clean-room molding of pharmaceutical and medical containers. The machine operates with far lower vibration than any similar hydraulic machine, and extreme low noise means it can be installed in a far greater range of locations. Common containers molded by this machine include; cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and medical, with many more possibilities. Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polylactic Acid (PLA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Low & High Density Polyethylene (LDPE / HDPE), Polyethersulfone (PES), Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) and others. Moldable shapes include; plain round, oval, flask, square, wide-mouth, non-round neck etc.
