The ASB-150DP 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine from Nissei ASB continues the legacy of the legendary ASB-650 Series that defined the injection stretch blow molding industry for nearly four decades. The ASB-150DP is a large machine capable of molding very large containers, or smaller container in up to 16 cavities, making it ideally suited to molding large bottles and jars in high production rates. The basic machine is hugely versatile in its standard form, but depending on the customers needs, up to 50 various optional systems are available for this machine that further enhance the flexibility of the machine to mold many different materials and container designs. Common containers molded by this machine include; food jars up to 15 liters capacity, edible oil, agrochemical, personal care, pharmaceuticals, household, medical, liquor, virtually anything is possible. Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN), , Polylactic Acid (PLA), and many others. Moldable shapes include; Very large jars, PET Can, bottles, plain round, oval, flask, square etc.
