Description

Product overview
Fluoroplastic film made of PTFE for industrial applications requiring heat‑resistant electrical insulation, low friction and reliable mold release. Continuous recommended service range −100°C to 260°C; UL94 flame retardancy certified (E52859).

Features
  • Wide thickness lineup from 0.03 to 1.5 mm.
  • Excellent chemical resistance to most acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
  • High dielectric strength and low dielectric loss for electrical insulation.
  • Continuous use recommended from −100°C to 260°C; short‑term use at higher temperatures possible.
  • Very low kinetic friction among solid materials.
  • Adhesives and residues do not adhere easily—facilitates mold release.
  • Non‑hygroscopic and minimal degradation from UV exposure.
  • UL94 flame retardancy certified (VTM‑0 for 0.03–0.24 mm / V‑0 for >0.25 mm, registration no. E52859).

Structure
Single‑layer fluoroplastic (PTFE) film construction (see product page for structure diagram).

Applications
  • Improve releasability in molding processes.
  • Mold release and cushioning for thermal compression bonding such as ACF and TCB.
  • Heat‑resistant electrical insulation for motor and transformer coils.
