Product overviewSingle-side treated fluoroplastic (PTFE) film designed to accept adhesives on the treated face while retaining PTFE base properties such as chemical resistance, electrical insulation and weatherability. Compatible with commercially available adhesives and double-sided tapes.
Features- Available thicknesses: 0.05 mm to 1.00 mm.
- Adhesives and adhesive tapes available on the market can be applied to the treated surface side.
- NITOFLON™ No.901UL retains PTFE base properties (heat resistance, electrical insulation, sliding characteristics, chemical resistance) together with surface adhesiveness on one side.
- Certified to UL94 flame retardancy standard (V-0 and VTM-0, Registration No. E52859).
StructureSingle-surface treated PTFE film (surface treatment applied to one side to enable adhesion while maintaining PTFE bulk characteristics).
Applications- Improve sliding performance for hoppers and guide rolls; enhance surface characteristics by bonding to steel or wooden plates.
