OverviewNITOFLON No.920UL is an ultra-thin, non-adhesive fluoroplastic film made of PTFE without fillers. It delivers heat resistance, low friction/sliding properties, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, mold-release behavior and weather resistance for industrial and electronic applications.
Key features- Approximately twice the tensile strength and 1.5× the breakdown voltage of skived NITOFLON (No.900UL); suitable for electrical insulation of components such as insulating coatings for motors, transformers and field coils, and for interlayer insulation (spacers, slot insulation).
- Available in ultra-thin gauges down to 20 µm; suitable for sliding surfaces in precision equipment (cameras, calculators, tape/cassette mechanisms) and for die-cut packing.
- Smooth, non-adhesive surface appropriate for sliding parts and release applications.
