Overview
DataFusion collects thickness, weight, moisture and coat-weight measurements from film extrusion, coating and lamination lines and forwards them to an SQL database for storage and analysis. Measurements can be fixed-point or scanning. Real-time and historical visualizations enable rapid assessment of product quality and correlation of process variables to accelerate decision-making and improve production efficiency.
