Overview
The Series 9 converting gauge measures moisture, coat weight and film/layer thickness for converting processes. It is configurable to match extrusion, coating and lamination lines and is mounted over the process line for continuous inline measurement. Standard beam patch diameter is 25 mm with 10 mm and 60 mm options. Nominal mounting distance is 200 mm above mean product height; product height fluctuations up to ±50 mm are tolerated.
