The bulk material container is positioned on the hall floor under the magnet unloader by means of a hand pallet truck or forklift. The magnet then dips into the box at six predefined positions. The placement of the magnet is detected by sensors. The magnet is switched on and lifted by the hoist to the required transfer height. The trolley moves the magnet together with the workpiece cluster attached to it and transfers the workpieces to the customer's transfer position when the magnet is switched off.
