The belt loader transfers damage-sensitive workpieces into a bulk container after a machining process with the lowest possible drop height. The sensor installed at the head end of the angled conveyor continuously monitors the level in the box to be filled and gives the integrated control system the command to correct the delivery height. Once the container is filled, the electric cylinder moves the belt conveyor to the upper end position so that the crate can be changed.
In the new, non-magnetic version, the workpieces are transported into the crate by means of a cleated belt. The downhill section can optionally be equipped with a built-over protective curtain to provide additional safety against the workpieces falling down.
