OverviewThe Minijet Ash On Skid M504 is a pre-assembled, pre-wired skid unit for dense-phase pneumatic conveying of fly ash and dusty, abrasive materials from filters and ESPs. It is intended for installation in heavy industrial environments such as steel mills, biomass-fired plants, incinerators and glassworks.
Installation and integrationDesigned for installation under silos, hoppers, economisers and boilers. The skid can be integrated with lump breaker M503 and crusher systems to condition material prior to conveying and to prevent blockages.
Valve and wear resistanceEquipped with the M508 double ceramic disc valve suitable for highly abrasive ashes and high temperatures (up to 400°C). The valve has no conventional gaskets and includes seal and valve-seat flushing systems; ceramic sealing surfaces reduce wear and maintenance frequency.
Control and operationThe skid can be supplied with an on-board control panel with HMI for standalone operation or with a junction box for remote control (analogue or digital). The unit requires low compressed air consumption and operates by connection to a standard compressed air network.
Technology and performanceThe Minijet combines a fluidised-bottom transport principle for potentially cohesive powders with controlled air injection using Air Assist® devices (M366/M533) along dense-phase conveyors. This configuration supports long-distance ash conveying and high flow rates. Multiple units can be connected on the same conveying line to increase throughput and enable compact plant layouts.
