OverviewSmartjet® M530 is a patented mini transporter designed for dense-phase pneumatic conveying of powder and granular products. Its compact dimensions allow installation in existing plants and in spaces where traditional conveying systems cannot be used. The unit features extremely low compressed air consumption and can be operated simply by connecting to a compressed air network.
Key innovationsThe main innovation is the built-in fluidising disc housed in a removable insert, enabling fast and easy replacement. A removable anti-abrasion insert in the outlet duct toward the conveying line reduces wear and maintenance time.
Operating modes and compatibilitySmartjet® M530 is available in different versions and can be used for No Purge, high-pressure and low-pressure dense-phase conveying of moderately abrasive powder products. It can be combined with the Air Assist M366/M533 system and is also suitable for semi-dense phase and Purge conveying.

ApplicationsParticularly suitable for blender loading applications, under bag filters and under bag/big bag unloading systems. It can also be placed under silos and hoppers for products that require fluidisation while being conveyed, such as talc, gypsum, calcium carbonate, ground coffee, filter cake and various bulk raw materials.
