The PUMA 800 is a compact tracked minidumper with a low front-discharge skip and a self-loading shovel. Designed for construction, renovation and confined-space operations, it combines compact dimensions with a hydrostatic tipping system for simplified unloading. The standard drivetrain includes a HONDA engine with electric start and a gear pump delivering up to 210 bar.

Safety and drive system

• 2 OVERCENTER VALVES: Prevent acceleration during descent under load and ensure stability when parked on uneven ground.
• ROLLER BALANCED SYSTEM: Four support rollers per side (two fixed, two oscillating) help the tracks negotiate obstacles safely. (Models 500 and 600 use three fixed rollers per side.)
• HONDA ENGINE: Standard electric start for reliable ignition and site usability.
• HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Gear pump providing up to 210 bar; oil temperature remains within safe limits under heavy use, so no radiator is required.
• TRACKS – TRACK TENSIONERS: Recovery springs in the tensioning system reduce shocks and protect tracks and drive components; long track base and multiple support rollers enable operation on rough or sloped terrain up to 30% gradient.
• UNDERCARRIAGE: Low center-of-gravity chassis in carbon steel (min. 5 mm thickness) with 160 mm ground clearance and lifting hooks for transport.
• OPERATOR PLATFORM: Large, non-slip, foldable platform with vibration damping to reduce storage footprint during transport.
• The PUMA 600 and PUMA 800 include dual-speed transmission for faster travel on site and accept various attachments via quick couplings; a support stand is supplied as standard for quick attachment changes.
