Single-Level Pallet Pool
Swap finished workpieces with unfinished materials on a horizontal axis. Operators can set up new jobs while the current one is machined, minimizing machine downtime no matter how complex the part(s).
  • Fast exchange time with two pallets on the same plane.
  • Minimum of 4 pallets; maximum 12 pallets.
  • Standardized, ready-to-use systems: single-level pools with more than 6 pallets have linear or transverse availability.
  • Construction uses stationary pallet stands and a pallet transfer unit.
  • Pallet pool control (PPC) is fully integrated with the OSP control.


2-Level Lifting Automatic Pallet Changer
Designed for medium- to high-volume runs, this automatic pallet changer’s shelves use a hydraulic lifting system to prepare, load, and unload parts. The lift-and-rotate changeover helps handle multi-height pallet positions with higher speed and throughput.
  • Minimum of 5 pallets; maximum 23 pallets.
  • Lifting pallets vertically enables rapid pallet exchange; carrier shelves lift and lower hydraulically.
  • Pallet pool control (PPC) is fully integrated with the OSP control.


Tower Automatic Pallet Changer
Store many pallets vertically with a multi-level automation. Featuring a mobile carrier system on the Z-axis and stationary shelves, the tower design provides ample pallet storage, easy operability, and long periods of unattended operations, including overnight shifts.
  • 14-, 21-, and 28-pallet systems available for 2-, 3-, and 4-level towers, respectively.
  • Table height of manual setup ST is standardized at 900 mm.
  • New pallet pool control (PPC) is fully integrated with the OSP control and expands information display.
  • Partner offerings available for certain part and operational requirements.


Automatic Work Changer (AWC)
