Overview
O2 BOX is an advanced oxygen production system designed to provide high-quality oxygen on demand. It is built on the Air+ compressed air station model and incorporates specialized components for oxygen production. This system offers a reliable and efficient solution for producing oxygen across different purities to meet various industrial and medical needs.

O-GEN PSA oxygen generator technology
The O-GEN series oxygen generators extract available oxygen from ambient air by applying Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. During the PSA process compressed, cleaned ambient air is led to a molecular sieve bed which allows oxygen to pass through as a product gas while adsorbing other gases. The sieve releases the adsorbed gases to the atmosphere when the outlet valve is closed and the bed pressure returns to ambient pressure. The bed is subsequently purged with oxygen before fresh compressed air enters for a new production cycle. To guarantee a constant product flow, O-GEN oxygen generators use modules of two molecular sieve beds which alternatively switch between adsorption and regeneration phases. Under normal operating conditions and with correct maintenance the molecular sieve beds will have an almost indefinite lifetime.

Containerisation and standards
Industrial engineering integration allows standard or custom-made products to be combined into container-based packages according to specific project requirements. BOX units can be designed according to a variety of design codes including PED, ASME, DNV, ABS, NR13, AS1210 and similar standards.

Optional equipment and container models
Optional equipment and different container models are available, including ISO standard containers in sizes 10 ft, 20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft HC, with one-side or two-side opening configurations and other optional fittings for project-specific layouts.
