Machined seals such as our K-Seal are excellent metal seal solutions for high pressure and high load environments but are different from formed metal seal solutions in that they can be machined with a thicker wall to handle more extreme pressures. In addition, with our flexible capabilities and expertise to understand your machined metal seal requests, we can provide you the best resistant metal seal solution - from aluminium to complex nickel alloys. Different materials can be machined depending on your needs, and our coating expertise can improve the performance of the machined parts. In addition, we offer K-Seals for the AS5202 port often found in space applications.
