Description

Semi-automatic linear bottle filler The FS214 Aseptic Filler has been designed to meet the highest standards of both the food and pharmaceutical worlds. The sterilization of the working chamber and the outer surface of the bottles is automated, while the uncapping, filling and closing of the bottles is semi-automatic: the operator positions the bottle and validates each step by means of a foot pedal. The automation of the sterilization for both the bottles and the filling chamber provides an additional layer of safety, by monitoring all main Critical Control Points (CCPs). The semi-automated filling and closing operation gives flexibility to use different kinds of bottles with different shapes and sizes. The sterility of the FS214 has been validated in compliance with ISO 11138. This means that this packaging station has been proven to meet the highest standards of hygiene required in the pharma and dairy industries. With a capacity up to 100L/h, this unique cabinet is suitable for filling large numbers of sterile samples for any application, regardless of the pH-level.
