OverviewThe OMVE HP203 pilot in-line high-pressure homogenizer features a 3-piston lab-scale design engineered to reduce pressure pulsation and deliver consistent particle size. The third piston lowers required RPMs for a given processing time, reducing valve wear and service frequency. The unit can operate as a stand-alone homogenizer or be integrated with HTST/UHT systems.
Unique features- Three-piston (3-plunger) design for minimum pulsation
- Ceramic pistons: corrosion-resistant and chemically inert
- Plug & play operation; lubrication water not required
- Integration-ready for HTST/UHT systems or standalone use
- Suitable for CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place)
- High level of automation for straightforward operation
- Two-stage homogenization valves for effective particle size reduction
- Minimised dead volumes
Homogenization range (related models)- HP303 Homogenizers
- HP102 Homogenizers
- HP304 Homogenizers
