Overview
The OMVE HP304 in-line high-pressure homogenizer is a pilot-scale unit designed for integration with OMVE HTST/UHT systems and other small-scale continuous-flow heat treatment installations to accurately simulate production processes. It improves product stability, shelf life, taste and mouthfeel and can reduce the need for additives.
