Description

The Optris Xi410 LT ETH thermal camera provides non-contact infrared imaging for industrial monitoring and research. This fixed thermal camera with Ethernet operates in the 8 to 14 µm range, measuring temperatures from -20 °C to 1500 °C. With a resolution of 384 × 240 pixels and a high distance-to-spot ratio, the camera delivers precise results over long distances. Additionally, the motorized focus enables remote and accurate focus adjustments. The Xi410 LT ETH is made for industrial environments, with a compact and waterproof housing for stationary setups. The thermal camera connects via Ethernet at 25 Hz and USB at 4 Hz. It supports smart operation for easy integration into control systems. Features like automatic hotspot detection, direct analog output, and compatibility with major industrial fieldbus systems enhance connectivity. This allows for thermographic analysis directly within the camera. An additional 1.5 Hz mode aids machine integration for streaming temperature data. Autonomous alarms decrease reliance on computers and simplify network setups. Accessories expand the thermal imager’s functions: water cooling allows operation at temperatures up to 250 °C, and air purges help keep the optics clean. Installation options, adapters, and cables provide flexibility for complex systems. The included PIX Connect software platform has useful features like line scanning, image merging, and the ability to gather thermal data. Developer kits are available for system integrators to create custom software solutions.
