OverviewPAMA Speedmat RAM boring and milling centers deliver high static and dynamic rigidity with hydrostatic guidance and thermal-symmetry design for precision machining of small- and medium-sized components. The T-type structure integrates a movable column and a travelling table; machines are offered in milling and multitasking milling-turning configurations.
Design and key featuresThe structure is optimized by finite element analysis to balance mass distribution, stiffness and thermal behaviour. The ram is hydrostatically guided inside the headstock and uses a real-time feedback system to compensate thermal elongation. Hydrostatic rotating axes and table solutions provide damping and stiffness at the source, ensuring consistent accuracy during heavy cuts and long cycles.
