Description
The HBC-BE200-EH/ES is a dedicated busbar bending machine for forming copper and aluminum busbar up to 200 × 20 mm. It is a compact, single-station unit designed for one operator and for repeatable, heavy-gauge forming without integrated cutting or punching functions.
Power & hydraulics
The machine is driven by a 4.2 kW power pack and a 200 bar hydraulic system. Rated electrical supply is 380 V AC, three-phase, 50 Hz. The hydraulic circuit holds approximately 30 L of oil. The standard mobile mold provides a 14 mm forming radius to achieve clean bends on thick bar stock.
Machine layout & operation
The HBC-BE200-EH/ES is floor-mounted on a base with a clear working area to handle long and heavy busbar lengths. The layout supports single-operator feeding, staging, rotating and repositioning for successive bends while keeping the workflow compact for panel-building and switchgear production lines.
Forming capability
Variants
The model is available in manual (EH) and automatic (ES) variants. EH uses a manual length stopper for hands-on positioning; ES adds a programmable length stopper for stored/repeatable positions and hands-off operation.

Functions: forming only — there is no cutting or punching station on the standard configuration. The machine concentrates hydraulic power on forming to minimise surface cracking and ensure repeatable, clean bends.
