Product description
The PCE-DSX 5 is a portable stroboscope designed for precise optical RPM measurement and visual inspection of rotating or high-speed components. It uses a high-brightness 16-LED array with electronically controlled flash frequency for stable, accurate output. Measurement range covers 60 … 100,000 FPM (1 … 1,666.66 Hz) with 1 FPM / 0.01666 Hz resolution and an accuracy of ±0.001% of the set value. Fine frequency adjustment and phase shift allow synchronization with the target motion. A clear 2.5 in illuminated LCD shows readings and settings; operation is via intuitive keys. Power is supplied by an internal 7.4 V / 2000 mAh Li-ion battery, rechargeable via USB. Compact and lightweight, the unit is suitable for diagnosing and monitoring motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, production-line quality control and vibration diagnostics in HVAC, printing, textile, medical and mechanical processing environments.
