The electric tube bender BEND MASTER 90 by IBP PEDRAZZOLI integrates the in-house IMS control, a 10th generation Intel i7 processor and a touchscreen interface. The software supports optional modules and customer-specific customizations. Automatic loading and unloading systems enable autonomous operation and configurable I/O cards allow integration with dedicated work islands, feeding units or robots. Fast tooling change and intuitive operation ensure repeatable precision and reduced cycle times for series and small-batch production.
