Scanning plastic laser welding machine for small flat plastic parts. Compact four-axis platform with closed-scanning galvanometer and selectable 100 W or 200 W laser power. Designed for precision, repeatable transmission welding of polymer assemblies.

Product Introduction
The system uses a quasi-synchronous laser transmission welding method with a large-diameter, high-speed scanning galvanometer and high-beam-quality laser to concentrate energy along the weld path. The material melts along the entire weld line and the laser supplies energy continuously until the required weld condition is achieved. An optional high-precision penetration measurement module is available to monitor and control weld quality.
