Description

Product overview
  • Two-component structural adhesive supplied in a 1 x 50 ml dual cartridge for bonding nylon, many plastics, composites and metals
  • 2:1 mix ratio with included static mixing nozzle for accurate on-site dispensing and mixing
  • Full cure at room temperature; delivers high bond strength often exceeding the strength of the nylon substrate


Applications
  • Bonding nylon to metals (e.g., steel, aluminium), plastics and composite parts
  • Industrial assembly, repair and composite fabrication where adhesion to nylon is required
  • Suitable for joints subject to mechanical loads when correct application and curing are followed


Compatibility and handling
  • No special surface pretreatment required for many nylon grades before bonding (testing on specific substrates is recommended)
  • Dispensing gun not included; compatible with handheld 50 ml dispensing guns or with a low-cost gun converter for standard caulking guns
  • Static mixing nozzle included to ensure correct 2:1 ratio and homogeneous mix
