Overview550 TSE and 600 TSE are double-head cutting machines with electronically controlled axes, equipped with Ø 550 mm and Ø 600 mm blades respectively. They are designed for integration into production lines requiring precise angle cutting and fast cycle times.
Construction and cutting unitsThe machine is built on a robust electro-welded steel base supporting a fixed cutting unit and a movable cutting unit that slides on an electronically positioned X-axis. Both RF and RM heads have rotary axes allowing cutting angles from 45° (internal) to 20° (external). The blade is driven by an oleo-pneumatic cylinder with an output speed regulator and quick return.
Clamping and protectionA horizontal clamping system with double cylinder combined with vertical clamping ensures secure fixation of all profile types. Pneumatic drop-down protections isolate the operating units during cutting, improving operator safety and usability.
Control & HMILatest-generation control with a 15" touch-screen monitor on a Windows 10 platform, enabling easy programming of all cutting operations and fast integration into production workflows.
OptionsBoth models can be fitted with an industrial label printer for part identification and job association.
