Product Description
The PHARMA 20.18 is a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and any environment requiring a high level of hygiene. Its robust and hygienic design, with an AISI 304 stainless steel tank polished inside and satin-finished outside, ensures easy and thorough cleaning after each use, while providing excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical agents.

Its suction unit is based on a silent side channel blower, designed without a transmission system, for reliable and continuous 24/7 operation. The presence of a vacuum limiter valve protects the motor by ensuring a constant air supply.

Filtration is provided by an antistatic pocket filter category M (filter surface 12,000 cm², Ø 360 mm) suitable for fine and sensitive dust. The manual filter cleaning system maintains constant suction performance and prevents dust dispersion into the environment. Optionally, an absolute HEPA H14 filter of 20,500 cm², with an efficiency of 99.995% according to the MPPS method, can be added to ensure maximum filtration of particles up to 0.18 μm.

With a power of 2.2 kW, a maximum vacuum of 3,000 mmH₂O, and an air flow rate of 270 m³/h, it offers reliable performance for the safe collection of dust in sensitive environments. Its 22-liter tank allows for quick emptying, and the possible use of disposable safety bags facilitates hygienic dust collection and disposal.

Compact (70 x 51 x 129 cm), mobile (75 kg), and equipped with industrial wheels, the PHARMA 20.18 combines maneuverability, safety, and efficiency, while meeting the strict requirements of industrial standards.
