Description
The PHARMA 40.40DC is a three-phase industrial vacuum designed for the pharmaceutical industry and environments requiring maximum hygienic safety. Designed for continuous operation, it integrates a three-phase side-channel blower 400 V – 4 kW with high-precision dust containment. Its BIBO (Bag In Bag Out) bagging system provides full containment of hazardous dust during disposal. Dust is collected into a sealed, crimpable plastic containment bag for clean, contact-free removal.

Operation and filtration
Filtration is based on an integrated HEPA H14 absolute filter in a filtration chamber, with 99.995% efficiency according to the MPPS method. A high-performance cyclone (> 98 %) is included for optimal particle separation, including ultrafine particles down to 0.18 µm. A clogging monitoring system and a manual de-clogging system maintain constant efficiency.

Construction and materials
The tank, cyclone and hopper are manufactured in AISI316 stainless steel, polished inside and out to promote powder flow and simplify cleaning. The overall frame is reinforced in AISI304 stainless steel, suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments.
