Product Description
The LC1000D is a compact industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe extraction of fine dust, including those with high health risks. Constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and is ideal for demanding environments, ensuring optimal hygiene for sensitive sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, or chemicals.

Its 1 kW direct cooling by-pass motor ensures stable suction, with a maximum vacuum of 2,900 mmH₂O and an air flow rate of 175 m³/h. This configuration makes it perfectly suited for collecting small volumes of dust, especially in confined spaces or fixed positions.

Filtration is one of its strengths: a primary polyester filter of category M PTFE (surface area of 2,000 cm²) captures fine particles, while three U15 absolute filters provide ultra-fine filtration at 99.9995% for particles up to 0.12 μm – one for suction, one for air outlet, and one dedicated to cooling air. This setup ensures maximum user protection and perfectly purified exhaust air.

Its 5-liter stainless steel tank, easily removable, and included safety bag allow for simple, hygienic, and contact-free dust collection. Compact (36 x 33 x 51 cm) and lightweight (20 kg), the LC1000D is maneuverable, easy to move and store, making it an ideal tool for maintenance operations, cleaning in controlled atmosphere areas, or pharmaceutical production.
