Detailed description
The DM3 PSR pairs an industrial-grade vacuum unit with an integrated cyclonic preseparator mounted on a heavy-duty chassis. This configuration improves separation of materials, lowering filter clogging and prolonging service intervals. The unit is fitted with two gas springs to adjust the height of the assemblies for easier transport and installation, including placement in construction vehicles.
The suction is provided by three single-phase bypass motors delivering a total power of 3450 W, a maximum vacuum of 2500 mmH2O and an air flow of 540 m³/h. These parameters ensure effective extraction of fine dust and heavy particles under intensive operating conditions.
The DM3 PSR is equipped with a PTFE M-class bag filter offering a large filtration surface of 30,000 cm². Manual filter cleaning simplifies maintenance and maintains consistent suction performance.
Dust and residue collection is optimized with a dual longopac bagging system, doubling waste capacity while minimizing re-entrainment. This method secures handling of waste, reducing operator contact and contamination risk.
The unit is built on an epoxy-painted steel chassis for industrial durability and sits on four industrial wheels for mobility across uneven surfaces. A telescopic system and adjustable height via gas springs facilitate transport and integration into site vehicles.
