Description
iSpray is an external lubrication system for tablet presses that continuously sprays a controlled amount of dry lubricant onto the upper punch face, die wall and lower punch face. The system delivers a verifiable spray per tablet and immediately vacuums excess lubricant at the nozzle into a removable collection bin for clean operation and simplified maintenance.

How it works
iSpray applies a precise, validated dose of dry lubricant directly to the tool surfaces (upper punch face, die wall, lower punch face). A vacuum at the nozzle captures excess lubricant immediately, reducing waste and contamination risk. Collected surplus is stored in a removable bin for quick emptying without interrupting production.
