Overview
Designed for efficient capsule finishing in production environments, the eCaps is an open-design capsule polisher with modular 400 mm segments. It supports capsule sizes 000 to 5 and can be integrated with metal detection, empty-capsule elimination and drum loading systems to fit varied line configurations.

Modular elevation and polishing
The eCaps is built from 400 mm modular segments, each containing a patented rotating module that elevates, dedusts and polishes capsules (sizes 000–5). Full interchangeability between polishing segments allows rapid reconfiguration to match layout and throughput needs.

High-efficiency vacuum flow
A homogeneous vacuum flow and a purpose-designed aspiration window ensure high polishing performance and complete emptying for varied capsule shapes. The simplified, tool-free assembly reduces parts count for faster assembly, dismantling and cleaning.

Integrated metal detection
The compact stainless-steel frame minimizes footprint and retention zones while accommodating Ceia, Lock or Safeline metal detectors. The integration provides high detection accuracy combined with a fast reject mechanism to protect product quality.
