Description
Designed for nutraceutical production, the NutraCaps is a capsule polishing machine with a cGMP-oriented design for easy cleaning and tool-free handling. It can be integrated with an empty capsule eliminator, drum loading systems and an optional CEIA metal detector to fit production lines.

Operational highlights
Capsules are fed, cleaned and polished within seconds by the rotating brush while an efficient dust extraction system removes powder excess immediately. The compact footprint and wheel-mounted frame facilitate line integration and fast relocation.
