How it works
The Empty Capsule Eliminator provides a cost-effective, reliable method for eliminating empty, broken, or open capsules prior to final processing. The system comprises four main components: a collection chamber, vacuum head, inlet chute and exit chute. Capsules travel through the inlet chute and are subjected to a controlled airflow produced by a Venturi vacuum system. Airflow intensity is adjusted via the included pressure regulator. Correctly set, the system separates lighter empty capsules by suction into the collection chamber while properly filled capsules continue along the line. This straightforward mechanism helps enhance final product quality and reduce manual inspection effort.
