Overview
The Auto-Check system automatically and continuously verifies the correct functioning of your metal detection process. It inserts three test pieces (stainless steel, ferrous, non-ferrous) into the metal check head at scheduled intervals. If a non-conformity is detected, the machine stops and generates an alarm. All events and results are recorded in the machine audit trail report.

Automatic testing system
The test pieces pass through the metal detector head in a separate chamber (no contact with the product), eliminating the risk of product contamination by a test piece. The solution is available in DT (Dust Tight), C (Containment 9EB4) and HC (High Containment 9EB5) washable versions. The Auto-Check is intended for companies producing potent or highly potent drugs that require automated process reporting.
