Flex Connect is an FDA-approved silicone connection pipe that enables quick, tool-free connection to process equipment without a tri-clamp. It provides dust-tight and watertight transfer for tablets, capsules and powders in pharmaceutical production environments.

Usage and features
Thanks to its flexible design, Flex Connect adapts to most tablet presses. Its patented funnel design prevents product jams, allowing reliable transfer of tablets, capsules and powders. Flex Connect creates dust-tight connections and can be configured for high-containment, washable environments using additional quick-release collars. Flexibility compensates for minor misalignments and reduces vibration transmission between pipes and equipment.
This solution is used in "DT" Dust Tight, "C" Containment ≤0EB4, and "HC" High Containment ≤0EB5 washable environments.
