Description

The TK series frameless brushless motors provide high torque density for direct drive, high-performance applications. Unlike most torque motors, TK motors combine high torque and speed, ideal for spindle and rotary table applications, improving performance. Equipped with Phase-manufactured magnets, TK motors achieve low energy loss and reliable high-speed operation. Rare-earth (Iron Neodymium Boron) permanent magnets ensures unmatched continuous and pk torque densities, with precise speed and flux control over power range up to 10:1. TK motors have separate stator and rotor units, allowing direct integration into machines. Their robust design, including mechanical magnet retention and preloaded carbon fiber sleeves, ensures stability even at high speeds. Custom options, like semi-custom rotors and cooling systems, available. Benefits: Reduced energy and maintenance costs Compact, lightweight, and low inertia design, no housing needed Fewer mechanical, reducing faults and maintenance Enhanced precision, faster response, and no redundancy Longer lifespan, higher return on investment Applications: Large Elevator Motors: heavy-duty lifts . Marine Propulsion Motors: High-torque for boats and ships. Extruder Motors: Precision plastic extrusion. CNC Spindle Motors: High-speed machining. Rotary Tables: Fast, accurate movements for milling and turning. Positioning & Robotics: High-precision movements in robotics. Industrial 3D Printing: accurate movements in 3D printing. Test & Inspection: Precise movements for testing components. Press Motors: High-torque applications. Simulators: Precision motors for flight, driving, and simulations.
